About

Born in L.A. Raised by the Underground.

It started with a simple, chaotic premise: pancakes sizzling on the griddle, cold drinks, and walls packed floor-to-ceiling with local art. No velvet ropes. No pretense. Just a high-energy room where the art world finally exhales.

This isn't a stuffy exhibition for the elite. It's an unapologetic take on what the art experience should be: a place for the makers, the breakers, and the people who actually build the culture.

For over 15 years, we've kept the griddles hot while putting the freshest local talent on the wall and pancakes on your plate. What started in Los Angeles has grown into a global occupation, crossing 40+ cities and over 500 exhibitions worldwide.

Support local artists while they're still alive. Grab a plate and get in the room.

Exhibit Your Art

Claim Your Space.

Hang up to 10 pieces. Keep 100% of every sale. No commissions, no filters, no gatekeepers. The first piece is FREE.

This isn't a gallery. It's a night — hundreds of real people, drink in hand, seeing your work up close. If it lands, it lands. And everything you sell stays with you.

FAQ

What You Need To Know.

First decide whether your work fits the Artist (wall pieces) or Vendor (table) category. Then submit the application.

There's no cost to apply. We just need basic info and a link where we can see examples of your work — site, Instagram, TikTok, Google Drive, whatever you've got.

No link? Email photos to info@pancakesandbooze.com.

Two ways to participate:

  • Artists: wall-hung pieces (canvases, prints, photography).
  • Vendors: goods that need a table (jewelry, clothing, sculpture).

Not allowed: selling prints from tables if they exceed 8 × 11 in (20 × 28 cm). Anything bigger goes on the wall (as an artist) or in a small box on the floor under your work.

Got both kinds of work? Submit both applications — each has its own fee and load-in schedule.

The first piece is FREE.

There's a hanging fee of $200 MXN per additional piece. Minimum 2 pieces, maximum 10.

WE TAKE NO COMMISSION. Once you pay your hanging fees, you don't owe us a cent on what you sell.

We'll send a payment link in your acceptance email. Pick how many pieces you want to hang and pay for them.

No cash. Payment details come by email.

No fixed deadline. We accept applications until the room fills. The earlier you lock your space, the better.

The application only needs basic info and prior examples of your work. You can decide which pieces to bring later, when you're ready to pay the hanging fees.

Minimum 2, maximum 10.

Your work hangs salon-style on 8 ft × 4 ft (2.4 m × 1.2 m) panels built for the show. Salon-style means we use every inch of wall from floor to ceiling. Check our Instagram Reels to see the install.

Space depends on the size of your pieces and how many you hang. In some cases you'll share the wall with another artist.

Each piece must not exceed 36 × 36 in (90 × 90 cm).

Wall panels are 8 ft × 4 ft. To leave room for title cards, lighting, and cabling, the max size the wall can fit is 36 × 36 in.

Yes, your work will be lit. Check our Instagram Reels to see how the install looks.

If you sell goods from a table (jewelry, clothing, sculpture, candles, etc.), submit the application and select "Vendor."

No cost to apply. Just basic info and a link to what you plan to sell.

If you're hanging on the wall (canvases, photography, prints), this isn't for you — check the Artists section.

Vendor fees in CDMX are $800 MXN.

Submit your application and we'll send the full info.

Once accepted, we send you a payment link. Payment is due as soon as the link arrives — wait too long and you risk losing your spot.

Vendor spots are limited and in demand, so WE DO NOT HOLD SPACES until payment is received.

Bring your own table and chairs. We provide the floor space.

Ambient light is on at the venue, but bring your own lighting and extension cords.

Each Vendor space fits ONE 6 ft (1.8 m) table. Allotted space is roughly 8 ft × 5 ft (2.4 m × 1.5 m).

Allowed: art, sculpture, crafts, jewelry, clothing, candles, accessories, small prints.

Not allowed: beverages, cigarettes, cannabis products, smoking accessories, food that requires on-site cooking, weapons, or non-art products / advertising.

Prints, photos, or original paintings are only allowed at vendor tables if they're under 8 × 11 in (20 × 28 cm) each.

No fixed deadline. We accept applications until vendor spots are gone.

Vendor spots fill fast — they're limited and in demand. Sooner is better.

Once accepted and paid, you'll get the load-in schedule. Setup is usually 2 hours before the show starts, but we'll confirm closer to the date.

Spaces are first-come, first-served. Be on time.

We welcome any exhibiting artist to live-paint during the show. It's a great way to draw attention to your work and network during the night.

No cost to live paint, but you must be an exhibiting artist who's already been accepted.

For body painting, reach out directly at info@pancakesandbooze.com with your portfolio.

Testimonials

The Show Speaks For Itself.

From the artists who've been on the wall.

"I've been a full-time artist for 11 years, and Pancakes and Booze has been a huge part of my survival and success."

Pancakes and Booze was my first big show when I started my art career. I'd never shown my work in front of a crowd that size or stood next to that many talented creatives. The energy was addictive.

The show gave me the chance to break into different metro markets, in top-tier venues, and meet artists from across the country. A huge part of my professional network, my following, and my friendships came out of the show.

"I've been blown away by the number of people these events bring out."

I'm so glad I crossed paths with Pancakes & Booze. I've done several editions and every time the turnout has floored me — which usually translates to real art sales and valuable networking.

Eddy Lee
"The atmosphere is alive and full of energy, with people enjoying incredible art…"

Pancakes & Booze holds a special spot for me: it was the first show where I sold not one, but four pieces. Since my first one, I always block off the date to come back whenever they hit Los Angeles.

It's the perfect show for new artists testing the waters for the first time. If you're an artist looking for your first showing, this is one you should absolutely do.

Pierrick Senelaer
"Pancakes and Booze is a gem in the art-show circuit."

Not only does it offer a vibe and a space to show your work, but the networking opportunities and unique experiences it brings are unmatched.

PnB stretches like a nervous system across the country. By running shows in major cities, it gives a one-of-a-kind look at what's happening in modern art and culture — across every age group, ethnicity, and class.

JesseJFR
"This was my first art show and I've never felt more love!"

Everyone there was so talented! I learned so much about myself and how I see my own art across the whole experience. If you've never been to a Pancakes & Booze show, trust me when I say you won't regret it.
