Accessibility Features

  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements

Non-Accessible Content

Below is a description of known limitations we’re working to address.

  1. Third-party embedded content: Ticket purchase pages and consent management interfaces are hosted by third-party providers (Eventbrite, Etix, Termly) whose accessibility we do not directly control.
  2. Dynamic content from shows.json: City pages and show listings are generated dynamically. While the page templates are accessible, individual show entries may occasionally contain content that does not fully meet accessibility standards.
  3. Marquee animations: The scrolling announcement bar and city ticker pause on mouse hover and respect users’ “reduce motion” preference, but do not pause on keyboard focus.
  4. FAQ keyboard navigation: FAQ category tabs are usable with mouse, touch, and Tab/Enter keys, but do not yet support arrow-key navigation between tabs (full ARIA Tabs pattern).

We are actively working to address these issues as part of an ongoing plan to improve accessibility.

This statement was prepared on 13 May 2026 and is reviewed annually or when we make significant service changes.

We maintain records of accessibility feedback and our responses for regulatory compliance.

How We Test

We evaluate accessibility using:

  • External accessibility audit
  • Self-assessment conducted in accordance with EAA requirements
  • Automated testing via Lighthouse and axe DevTools
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing
