Vendor Hub

Welcome to Your City

Where culture and creativity spawn.

Everything you need for a successful vendor setup is below.

Your Show

Venue Map

Map will load once your show details are confirmed.
Vendor Unloading & Parking

Coming soon. Most cities use street parking or the venue lot. Scout the venue’s loading area before show day if you’re hauling heavy inventory or display gear.

Vendor Success In Four

01

Check-In & Arrival

Have your Vendor QR code ready on your phone. Check-in begins at check your acceptance email. Do not arrive early — we won’t be ready for you. Space location is first-come, first-served, so be on time.

02

Sales & Connectivity

0% commission. You keep 100% of every sale. No guest Wi-Fi is provided — make sure your POS (Square, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) works on cellular data.

03

Support & Promotion

Our crew is on-site all day to help you find your space and get set up. Check the Vendor Growth Kit below to maximize your reach and sales before, during, and after the show.

The “Non-Hangable” Rule

Vendor spaces are for non-hangable items (jewelry, apparel, candles, accessories, sculpture, etc.) or prints under 8×10 in only. If you have wall art, apply as an Artist for a panel space instead.

Your Footprint & Logistics

A

The Footprint

8 ft × 5 ft
Your Allotted Space

Your entire setup must stay within these boundaries — we plan venue capacity and aisle traffic around it.

B

Flexible Setup

You’re not limited to a single 6 ft table. Bring grid walls, racks, multiple smaller tables (L-shape, U-shape, whatever fits), or display stands — as long as everything fits within your 8×5 ft footprint.

C

Lighting & Power

Power is available, but we highly recommend battery-operated or rechargeable LED lights. They give you the most placement flexibility and keep your booth cord-free. Clamp lights with extension cords are also permitted.

D

Assistants & Load-Out

Assistants: Vendor space includes 1 entry. Anyone staying for the show needs a GA ticket.

Load-Out: Begins after 11 PM. All items must leave the night of the show — the venue disposes of anything left behind. No exceptions.

The Vendor Growth Kit

The 2026 Strategy. We don’t just want you to show up — we want you to sell out and grow your following. People don’t buy a product; they buy the maker behind it. Stop “posting stock” and start documenting the journey.

01

The Pre-Show “Hype” Phase

Content: The “Market Setup” teaser.
The shot: A close-up of your bestseller or a sneak peek of what you’re bringing.
Growth Hack: Use a Countdown Sticker in Stories. Ask: “What’s the first thing you want to grab at my booth?” This trains the algorithm that your audience is active.
02

The Merch Reveal

Content: The “Restock” or “New for the Show” reveal.
Structure:
• 0–3s: Show a stack of unreleased merch or your latest piece — stop the scroll.
• 3–7s: Fast-cut close-ups of texture, color, packaging.
• 7–10s: The “only at the show” reveal of a limited drop.
Growth Hack: Add text: “Save this for your shopping list.” Saves are the #1 growth signal in 2026.
03

Setup: “Pack with Me”

Content: The behind-the-scenes prep.
The shot: Packing inventory, prepping displays, snack runs — your “Show Survival Kit.”
Growth Hack: Use a Poll in Stories: “Which booth backdrop should I run with: [A] or [B]?” People love voting.
04

Event Day: The Market Vibe

Content: The “Crowd POV” pan.
The shot: Stand at your booth and film the energy of the room, then pan to a customer interaction at your table.
Pro Tip (Zoom Effect): Start macro on a single product, then pull back to reveal the full booth and the crowd behind it.
Growth Hack: Use the Instagram Collab Feature with @PancakesAndBooze. This puts your post in front of our entire global audience instantly.
05

After the Event: Social Proof

Content: The “Sold Out” or “Top Seller” recap.
The shot: Empty racks, a happy customer holding their new piece, or a thank-you flat-lay of what sold.
Growth Hack: Repost every customer story you’re tagged in. User-generated content builds massive trust for your next show and online drops.

The 2026 Cheat Sheet

Format Priority: Reels for new reach. Carousels (10 slides) for saves and shares.
The 3-Second Rule: If you don’t hook them with movement in 3 seconds, they swipe away.
Captions: Start with a bold claim. Example: “This collection sold out at my last show in 20 minutes…”
The Goal: Aim for 10 Saves per post. If 10 people save it, the algorithm pushes it to 1,000 new ones.
